Role and Facility Information

Family physician position within the Nuxálk First Nations Led Primary Care Centre (FNPCC) located in Bella Coola, BC.

About the Centre

The centre will provide culturally safe primary care for approximately 1,250 First Nations patients in the Nuxálk and Ulkatcho First Nation communities, operating Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays). A mobile clinic will serve the Ulkatcho Nation, and a new primary care facility is planned next to the existing NHWC building.

Job Title & Details

Family Physician – eligible for a 0.2 FTE medical lead position.

Contract: Up to 1.0 FTE (approximately 1,680 hours per year).
