Primary Care NP/PA (FP, IM, Geriatrics) Post-Acute Care Cortland, NY area
• Full-time position in skilled nursing facilities
• Monday Friday rounding schedule with flexible daily hours

• Competitive base salary: $131K $155K plus uncapped monthly bonuses
