Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm with occasional prescheduled weekend day or weekday evening for community based events
• Job Setting: Mobile Care Clinic
• Types of Cases: Basic health screenings, Vaccinations, Physicals, Short term chronic disease management, Navigation of substance use disorder resources, Point of Care testing (rapid strep, UA, urine pregnancy, Hemoglobin, Hemoglobin A1c)

• Board Certified
• Certifications: DEA, BLS
• Licensure: Active California license required
