• Setting: Hybrid; In-person intake visits with follow-up via telehealth
• Location: Sawtelle, Los Angeles for in-person
• Schedule: Choose an onboarding day for in-person, and follow-ups will be via telehealth
  Duties:
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management via telehealth
    
  • Collaborate with case managers and support services
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
  • Deliver culturally competent care to diverse populations
