Job Description
We are looking for friendly and skilled nurse practitioners to treat our geriatric patients with polychronic disease. Main focus is to improve the quality of life for our patients.
- Telehealth visits conducting wellness assessments and assisting patients with enrolling in benefits
- Ordering necessary tests and medications
- collaborating with patient's other providers
- Some in-home visits will be needed with some patients
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
Type: Locums-to-Perm
Rate: Discuss by Phone + mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile
Patient Volume: 3 7 patients/day
EMR: Athena
- Active WA NP license, BC , BLS , and DEA
- 2+ years of direct patient care as an NP
