                Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - San Francisco, CA Location: San Francisco, CA 
Job Type: Permanent job
Work Setting: On-site
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
 Salary Range $145,000 $155,000 annually (DOE)
 Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care, continuity care, and acute care services
Serve as primary care provider for patients within scope of practice
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary care teams
Support clinical coverage through Epic In Basket, including:
Reviewing test results
Responding to patient messages
Processing medication refill requests
Mentor and support new and incoming APPs
Provide clinical guidance and oversight to APPs on patient care questions
