Job Description

                Facility in Washington, PA seeking Primary Care locums coverage  Rates: $180/hr  Schedule & Work Details:   Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)  
 Patient Load: Up to 16 patients per day (8 AM / 8 PM)  
 Patient Population: All ages newborns to geriatrics (90% adults, 10% pediatrics)  
 APP Coverage: APPs present 8 AM to 4 PM, work independently (no supervision required)  
 On-Call Requirement: None  
 EMR System: eClinicalWorks (Outpatient)  
 Charting Deadline: All documentation must be completed within 72 hours or reimbursement will be delayed  
 Clinical Focus Areas:   Disease Management 
Acute and Chronic Illness 
Immunizations  
 Gynecological and Pediatric Care  
 Wellness Visits and Physicals
