Job Description

                Docstar is working with a Indian Health Services facility an hour outside of Tulsa, OK. That is looking for a Family Practice Physician.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monday through Friday 8-5 PM with a 1 hour lunch
Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience 
MUST be comfortable seeing all ages (2-100) and treating chronic diseases
Provider will examine patients, take medical histories, prescribe medications 
EMR- Cerner
15-20 patients/day
MUST have PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS, Any State License Accepted
Must have COVID VACINATION
BACKGROUND/DRUG TEST REQUIRED
