Work Dates Needed: 7/6/2026-12/23/2026
Preferred Schedule: Mon & Wed, 7a-4p Tue & Thu, 10a-6p Fri, 7a-1p, No weekends or holidays 
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic Health Clinic 
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NV license, NV CDS, BLS and DEA. Must have Primary Care and Occ Health experience. Epic experience a huge plus 
EMR: EPIC 
Pay Rate Preferred: $120-$130 per hour
