Primary Care Physician Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

137 N. Virgil Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90004
6043 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028
Schedule:
Full-time preferred; part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) may be considered for select locations
Melrose and Hollywood locations: Flexible scheduling available (4x10s, 12-hour shifts, etc.)
Virgil location: Full-time preferred; 32-hour schedule may be considered
Weekend shifts possible (Melrose only); occasional evening coverage welcomed
Minimal on-call (approximately 3 times per year)
Start Date: ASAP (credentialing can be completed in as little as two weeks depending on documentation)
