Family Physician – Preventive & Personalized Care

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our multidisciplinary team in a private precision preventive medicine and integrative health clinic. The main responsibility of this role is to provide OHIP-insured primary care medical services to all patients enrolled in our Preventive Health Program (PHP) and Vitality & Longevity Program (VLP). Key Responsibilities: Primary Care Services: Provide comprehensive primary care to patients enrolled in PHP and VLP, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Examinations: Conduct initial and annual physical examinations, as well as triannual health reviews using proprietary templates and data analysis for precision preventive medicine and integrative health.
