The Position
:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician looking for a stable, well-compensated position with comprehensive benefits and professional support.Compensation & Benefits:
$225,000+ base salary
Incentive compensation plan eligibility after 90 days
Reimbursement for Georgia and DEA licensure, plus one approved professional association
Professional liability coverage through the Federal Tort Claims Act at no cost
CME allowance: $2,000 annually, increasing to $4,000 in year three
Health insurance for physician and spouse at no cost (other plans available for additional cost)
Long-term disability and group life insurance equal to base salary
Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued biweekly:Year 1: 180 hoursYear 2: 216 hoursYear 3: 252 hours
