Join a dynamic, team‑based primary care clinic serving a longitudinal patient panel of patients with a diverse demographic mix. Our interdisciplinary model includes Registered Nurses, a Social Worker, a Mental Health & Substance Use Counsellor, and a Clinical Pharmacist, all working collaboratively to support high‑quality, comprehensive care.

You’ll be part of a robust medical community with 13 family physicians on site, supported by two in‑house specialists (Psychiatry and Pediatrics). As a teaching clinic, we regularly host Family Medicine residents and medical students, fostering a rich learning environment and strong academic culture.

Our facility includes 21 exam rooms, a fully equipped procedure room, and on‑site administrative leadership, including a Billing Manager, HR support, Director of Operations, and Executive Director, ensuring smooth clinic operations and strong organizational support.
