Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate critical thinking within the nursing process
• Ensure a safe and supportive patient environment
• Answer patient calls, triaging and evaluating care needs
• Educate patients and families using available materials
• Collaborate as a member of the Patient Centered Medical Home Team
Requirements:
• Must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (LRN) license is required
