Cole Harbour Family Medicine is a collaborative, community-focused clinic located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Our team currently includes seven family physicians, supported by a family practice nurse, experienced administrative staff, and two on-site general surgeons.

We operate on a patient-centered, team-based model where each patient is attached to a dedicated family doctor to ensure continuity of care. Providers work closely together to support one another and maintain seamless coverage when needed. Same-day urgent appointments, shared evening clinics, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration are core to how we deliver accessible, high-quality care.
