We are seeking a primary care advanced practice provider for our outpatient practice in Blacksburg, VA.

**Qualified candidates:**

+ Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
+ Join a collaborative practice with an established family medicine physician
+ Outpatient only practice
+ Comfortable seeing a wide range of patients
+ Excellent clinical and communication skills
