6-Month Contract Role with a Local Authority Summary The role will lead the delivery of the Families First Partnership reform programme, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives. The postholder will drive service redesign aligned with reform principles, improving outcomes for children, young people, and families. This role requires a highly experienced project manager (PRINCE2 qualified or equivalent) with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and transformation programmes within a multi-agency or public sector environment.
