Failure Analysis Engineer

**What you’ll do:**

+ Lead failure analysis on 3phase product field issues and report out.
+ Drive internal quality improvement and external customer experience.
+ Lead failure analysis on APAC field failures, work with cross functional team to get result.
+ Report faiure analysis result and communicate internally with team.
+ Support after service pertaining quality related problems, work with after service team on elaborating FA result.
+ Manage priority of FA needs with customer satisfaction.
+ Drive internal problem solving and corrective action, enhance customer statisfaction through fast response, proactive communication, and effective problem prevention.
