FAI Quality Supervisor Location: Simpsonville, SC Job ID: #72108 Pay Range: $26-32/hr Duration: 6 months Summary
+ Applicant must have extensive knowledge of creating and reviewing FAIs.
+ Perform job inspection at first piece, in process and final inspection per the Job Instructions Sheet plans.
+ Knowledge of WHMA and IPC specifications
+ Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and Delta FAI per AS9102 requirements.
+ Demonstrate proper use and maintenance of gages and inspection equipment.
+ Perform proper documentation including inspection stamping of quality paperwork.
+ Maintain and improve 5S standards on workstations and responsible areas.
+ Adhere to company EH&S policies and guidelines.
+ Review FAIs to ensure completion.
+ Balloon Drawing for FAI completion.
+ Meet with customers either on-site or via calls to explain FAIs, if needed.
+ Able to communicate with all levels of t...
