About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Factory Worker / Trade Assistant to join a busy steel manufacturing facility.
You will assist machine operators and boilermakers in a hands-on steel processing environment, performing measuring, cutting, forklift operation, and general production support.
This role suits candidates with sheet metal, steel manufacturing, heavy industrial, or trade assistant experience who are looking for stable, ongoing employment.

What’s on Offer

• $32 per hour + penalty rates for overtime
• Increase to $38 per hour once permanent
• Full-time 40-hour weeks | Monday to Friday
