Job Responsibilities:

• Overall planning of the factory's overall operation, formulate and implement production plans to achieve the set goals of production capacity, delivery date, cost and quality, and connect the whole process of sales, procurement and logistics for local and overseas exports.
• Lead the work of improving production efficiency and reducing production loss, and continuously optimize the production process and operational efficiency.
