Operating multiple production lines with both powder coating and liquid paint systems, this business is a market-leading one‑stop shop servicing architectural, industrial, and domestic applications.

An opportunity has arisen due to internal promotion for a critical role supporting overall factory performance at the Chipping Norton (NSW) facility.

The position is responsible for delivering consistent, high‑quality output across the factory, including accountability for:

• Workplace safety and environmental compliance
• Supervision and performance management of production staff
• Monitoring and control of work in progress
• Implementing efficient work practices to optimise factory performance
• Management of chemical pre‑treatment systems
• Operation and adjustment of plant and equipment settings
• Control of consumables and packing processes
