I. Job Responsibilities

1. Factory (Mainly Mortar & Coatings) Setup and Launch (
   From Ground Zero
   ):

Comprehensively oversee the establishment of new factories, including but not limited to: coordinating and managing interactions with government agencies, design firms, contractors, and supervisors.

Lead factory layout planning, production line installation, and commissioning to ensure projects advance smoothly according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

1. Comprehensive Factory Management:

Oversee daily factory operations encompassing production, equipment, quality, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), supply chain, and warehousing.

Develop and execute annual budgets, production plans, and operational targets, assuming accountability for business outcomes.
