Facility Waste & Material Handler

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable Facility Waste & Material Handler to keep our cabinet manufacturing facility clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role is responsible for managing dumpsters, unloading delivery trucks, handling trash removal, and breaking down/baling cardboard throughout the facility. This is a physically active, hands-on position that plays a key part in keeping our production floor safe and efficient.
Key Responsibilities

+ Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the production floor, offices, and break areas on a regular schedule

+ Monitor and empty dumpsters as needed to prevent overflow

+ Unload incoming delivery trucks (materials, supplies, hardware, lumber, etc.) when they arrive

+ Break down cardboard boxes and packaging material from incoming shipments

+ Operate a cardboard baler (training provided) and manage baled cardboard for recycling pickup
