Facility Technician

· Conduct daily walk-arounds to inspect building surroundings and public areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep.

· Perform routine inspection and maintenance work at outlets and HQ.

· Handle maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical systems.

· Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns.

· Attend to maintenance requests promptly and ensure timely completion.

· Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair or servicing work.

· Maintain maintenance records, tools, and equipment inventory.

· Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety and operational standards.

· Support office or outlet renovation, relocation, and company events as required.

· Respond to emergency maintenance request.
