Job Description

SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Facility Lead is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse, performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled Building and Facilities tasks involving Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC skills, operation of various power tools, and light-to-medium related equipment. Work performed with some independence within established policies, procedures, and techniques, is subject to general or direct supervision as the work situation warrants.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintaining the condition of the building and equipment. Will perform general maintenance and complete simple repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, or custodial. May be required to assist other departments in the operation. Will rely on instructions and pre-established procedures to perform daily job tasks.
