About the Role
Facilities & Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Lead is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all facilities across the organization. The role drives maintenance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation while supporting sustainability, operational continuity, and a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Experience Minimum NQF 6 qualification in Health, Safety & Environmental Management, Facilities Management, or Engineering. Relevant certifications or training in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993), including incident/accident investigation. 3–5 years’ experience in facilities management and HSE within a business environment. Experience managing regulated sites (e.g., SAPS, SACAA) is advantageous. Key Technical Skills Strong knowledge of HSE systems, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.
