Facility Planner

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Facility Planner** to join our team in **Oahu, HI** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Drafts planning studies and reports to assist in the development of facilities and land use programs.
+ Perform site assessments and collect data on existing infrastructure conditions.
+ Maintain planning archives and documentation in accordance with established SOPs.
+ Develops draft project programming documents and facility requirement evaluations for senior-level review and coordination.
+ Support the maintenance of the Theater Master Plan by updating site maps and facility utilization data.
+ Prepare artifacts for environmental and site feasibility assessments under senior guidance.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
