Facility Operations Manager, Data Center Operations

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience as a Facilities Manager or Chief Engineer within a critical facility.
- Experience managing a mission critical facilities portfolio.
- Experience in critical facilities management including facility, technical, and team management.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards.
- Understanding of the operations and maintenance of electrical systems in a data center environment.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
