Facility Operation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of our state-of-the-art data center facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime, efficiency and availability while adhering to industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards. This is a critical role that demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

1. Overall Facility Management: Oversee all aspects of operations, including power, cooling, fire suppression and environmental controls.

2. Uptime and Maintenance: Implement and enforce preventive maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted service and minimize downtime. Collaborate with internal/external stake-holders to define operations and develop Change Management procedures and tools, SOP and EOP of regional collocation DC faculties.
