Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, etc.) to identify issues or maintenance needs.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards, building codes, and legal regulations.
• Document inspection findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions taken.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and internal teams for maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Review work orders, permits, and service reports for accuracy and completion.
• Support day-to-day facilities operations, including energy management, waste disposal, and utilities.
