Job Description
MalaceHR is seeking an experienced and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and vendor management of a portfolio of off-campus apartment communities. This role combines field leadership with administrative responsibilities, requiring approximately 65% of time spent in the field managing facilities, maintenance projects, and vendor activities, and 35% of time spent in the office handling CMMS administration, reporting, budgeting, and operational planning.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and property management practices while also demonstrating exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
