Position Overview
The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and compliance of the cargo terminal facilities. This includes material handling equipment, building infrastructure, housekeeping, customer facilitation, staff transportation, and statutory authority coordination. The role ensures operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
Manage entire building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural systems
Oversee maintenance of all equipment including cargo handling systems, conveyors, forklifts, cranes, etc.
Ensure timely renewal and compliance of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to minimize down time.
