Facility Management Technician (F/M)

The Facility Management Technician is to ensure the implementation and monitoring of new works, the monitoring of building maintenance contracts, general service contracts (cleaning, reception, security ...).


Grow with us - Your responsabilites
+ Implement the new works of the site (factory, headquarters, offices...)
+ Deal with external service providers
+ Look for potential suppliers
+ Write or modify contracts of the providers for validation by her/his hierarchy
+ Participate in infrastructure projects

+ Technical level in industrial maintenance
+ Excellent knowledge of internal management processes (orders, invoices, inventories...)
+ Excellent knowledge CMMS
+ Good general knowledge in electricity, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics
+ Very good regulatory knowledge in infrastructures
