Attend client sites to perform preventative inspections, troubleshoot issues, and complete minor repairs within scopeConduct routine site walkthroughs to identify health, safety, operational, and workplace experience opportunitiesRespond to service requests and stabilize minor issues while on siteWork with a centralized dispatch and operations team to prioritize and complete work orders efficientlyCoordinate with vendors, landlords, and third-party service providers to ensure timely resolution of escalated issuesTrack and update work orders through a mobile CMMS platform, ensuring accurate and timely reportingSupport inventory checks and light restocking of site consumablesClient & Regional Support (Growth Focus):
