We are seeking an experienced Facility Management Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC, Fire Alarm, and MEP systems, particularly in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, and technical evaluations for facility management contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Facility Management (FM) projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope for HVAC, Fire Alarm, and MEP systems
- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and pricing sheets
- Conduct site visits for assessment and scope verification
- Coordinate with procurement team for vendor quotations
