Responsibilities:
Service, Repair, Maintain, Monitor and Adjust HVAC systems to keep within allowable parameters. Perform preventive maintenance repairs for HVAC systems, Heat Exchangers, Chiller Pumps, electrical systems, fire alarm systems, plumbing systems, and building automation systems. ·direction and training to less experienced maintenance technicians. Plans, selects, and lays out required materials for service, repair, and preventive maintenance work. Works from building drawings, schematics, equipment specifications, job layouts, verbal instructions and operates a variety of hand and power tools, equipment and lift equipment for operations. Generate requisitions for new supplies, tools and equipment. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Is required to participate in an on-call rotation schedule to attend to emergency situat...
