**Direct Hire**
**Milwaukee, WI**
**Shift: 1st Shift 7am-3:00pm**
**Pay Rate: $26-31/hr, plus $1000 hiring bonus**
**What’s a typical day as Facility Maintenance Tech? You’ll be:**
+ Conducting inspections and performing preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems
+ Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly
+ Responding to maintenance requests, emergencies, and equipment failures
+ Tracking maintenance activity and maintaining accurate records of repairs and inspections
+ Assisting in facility improvement projects and procurement of materials
