Facility Executive

Role Summary

The Facility Executive serves as the contact person for the assigned portfolio and is accountable for the full spectrum of facilities management (FM) operations. This role ensures service excellence, operational continuity, vendor coordination, and compliance with client expectations, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all FM-related matters for the assigned portfolio.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities management operations.
• Prepare and deliver client financial reports.
• Attend client meetings and provide updates on FM issues and performance.
• Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term operational plans for the site, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.
