facility engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Perform IDC (Internet Data Center) on-site duties as per Client requirements.

2. Update and maintain infrastructure information with 100% accuracy, regularly check platform alarm settings,and monitor system availability and stability.

3.Be familiar with the IDC environment and monitoring systems,and conduct facility inspections as requirements, including but not limited to facility status checks, maintenance/repair MOP (Method of Procedure) review, and follow-up.

4. Respond quickly and arrive on-site according to IT operations incident management guidelines, handling incidents promptly following EOP (Emergency Operation Procedure) and reporting them accordingly.

5. Have a strong understanding of IDC infrastructure, including power supply, HVAC,and low-voltage electrical systems, and be able to quickly locate faults and restore services in case of an incident.
