Facility Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests and issues.
• Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and service contracts.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support office moves, space planning, and workplace setup.
• Monitor inventory of facility supplies and place orders as needed.
• Assist in managing facility budgets and tracking expenses.
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate actions.

Compensation

Cash compensation range: $20.50 - $30.59.
