Job Description
As a Facility Coordinator your responsibilities are:
- Act as point of contact for all building users, providing friendly and efficient support for daily facility requests.
- Coordinate on-site services with suppliers and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations within agreed deadlines.
- Support workplace activities such as office moves, meeting rooms coordination.
- Help ensure safety and compliance on site by reporting issues, following procedures, and supporting regular inspections.
- Manage work orders in the system and follow up to make sure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with reporting, team coordination, and general administrative and operational support.
- You have already min. 3 years of experience in facility management, office coordination or a similar role
