Facility Carpenter

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Carpenter to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks to maintain and enhance the park's facilities and structures.

Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on park facilities, including buildings, rides, and attractions.
+ Construct, repair, and install structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
+ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
+ Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
+ Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
+ Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
