Facility and Asset Manager

About the Opportunity
Ventia is hiring a Facility and Assets Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of public assets under the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA). We deliver facilities management services across more than 5,000 government-owned sites, supporting 48 South Australian government agencies. Our team partners with local businesses to provide essential services to the community, operating 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

This full-time role sits within the health portfolio and is based at our Berri office, with scope across the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN) and its satellite sites. You’ll be responsible for managing reactive and preventative maintenance, coordinating small projects, and ensuring the continued operation and efficiency of these essential health facilities.
