Job Title: Facility Access & Day Porter Assistant
Location: Bellevue, WA & Everett, WA
Type: Contract
Compensation: $37.00 - $74.00 per hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Responsibilities


+ Manage the flow of the front desk, greet guests, assist visitors, and ensure adherence to Facility Access and Security Procedures.

+ Assist with facility-related tasks including requests from staff via service desk portal, JIRA, and general administrative duties.

+ Coordinate meeting logistics for conference rooms, including scheduling, catering, setup, and cleanup.

+ Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff and direct guests or vendors to designated areas within the facilities.

+ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of common areas, breakrooms, and appliances such as refrigerators, coffee machines, and microwaves.
