**Job Description**

The Facilities Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building facilities. This position involves performing various tasks related to preventative maintenance and assisting with repairs of building and grounds within assigned areas.

+ Perform general plumbing tasks such as changing shower heads, sinks, and drains.
+ Conduct general carpentry work, including repairing beds and doors using appropriate tools.
+ Handle general electrical duties such as replacing lamps and bulbs and tracing electrical lines.
