Facilities Technician

Position Summary

While working as a Facilities Technician, you will be tasked with maintaining the facility appearance internally and externally of both of our Owings Mills locations. This includes performing basic building and grounds upkeep and assisting with minor and routine repairs and preventative maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Preform routine daily rounds of the facility to replenish consumable supplies such as copier paper, paper towels, toilet paper and soap
• Gathering up all trash and recyclables from the buildings to be taken to our outside dumpsters
• Dusting, vacuuming, and general daily spot cleaning of both buildings
• Maintain responsibility for reporting when the compactor requires emptying or service
