Facilities Technician

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled **Building Maintenance Technician** to support the upkeep and maintenance of our food processing facility. This role focuses on maintaining the building structure and general facilities—not production machinery—and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform general building maintenance including:
+ Painting (interior/exterior surfaces, touch-ups, coatings)
+ Drywall repair and installation
+ Light carpentry and framing
+ Repair walls, ceilings, floors, and other structural components as needed
+ Maintain facility appearance and address wear-and-tear issues promptly
+ Conduct routine inspections of the building structure and report issues
+ Assist with minor plumbing, door repair, and fixture replacement
