Job Description
The Facilities Technician supports reliable, efficient, and safe building operations during first shift on Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-6:30pm.
This role focuses on **HVAC performance** , **Building Automation System (BAS) oversight** , **humidification control** , **minor electrical maintenance** , and **general facility upkeep** . The technician will respond proactively to issues, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with IT, Security, and Facilities to sustain critical infrastructure and customer satisfaction.

+ Operate, monitor, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for comfort, energy efficiency, and reliability.
+ Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues promptly; escalate complex faults to senior techs or contractors.
+ Perform routine filter changes, belt inspections, coil cleaning, and document performance checks.
