**Job Title: Facilities Technician I**
**Job Description**
This role provides hands-on facilities support by performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep for an assigned warehouse facility. The Facilities Technician I ensures the building remains safe, secure, and well-maintained by troubleshooting basic systems, performing routine preventive maintenance, and assisting with general labor needs throughout the facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Monitor the facility on a regular basis to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
+ Troubleshoot basic power issues, HVAC systems and controls, and mechanical systems under established guidelines.
+ Perform general and preventive maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, plumbing work, and coordination with vendors as needed.
